The founding partner, Andries Joubert Coetzer founded the firm in 1988, in what was then known as Potgietersrus. As time progressed, the increasingly high-demand for a property expert in Pretoria became a pivotal point for expansion thus, the firm expanded with its new partner, Wilhelm Steyn.
